30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the cleaning efficiency, fabric care performance, and long-lasting fragrances of our laundry detergent pods and laundry supplies. You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for your purchase.
Safety Standards & Return Eligibility
Due to household chemical safety regulations and hygiene standards for laundry products:
• Laundry detergent pods, scent boosters, and liquid care products MUST be completely UNOPENED, UNUSED, and SEALED in their original factory tubs, bags, or bottles with all child-safety locks and tamper seals intact. Any product that has been opened, unsealed, punctured, or partially used CANNOT be returned or refunded.
• Non-chemical laundry accessories (such as dryer balls or pod dispensers) must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required for all return requests.
• Manufacturing defects or items damaged during transit upon unboxing (e.g., ruptured pods or cracked tubs upon arrival) are eligible for a 100% full refund or immediate free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
• Laundry detergent pods, scent boosters, or laundry cleansers that have been unsealed, opened, or used.
• Items damaged due to improper customer storage (such as leaving detergent pods exposed to excessive moisture, standing water, or direct heat).
• Clearance or final sale items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fees
We offer free returns on all eligible unopened/un-punctured products. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, and zero restocking fees will be deducted from your approved refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email info@laumbrysauce.shop with your original order number, reason for return, and photos showing the unopened factory safety seals and tub packaging condition.
2. Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid printable return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely in its original protective container and shipping box to prevent bursting during transit.
4. Affix the prepaid label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Jarrell facility to confirm unopened condition and intact safety seals, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card or PayPal). Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your banking institution to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different fragrance or laundry set, please return your unopened original item for a full refund and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery
If your order arrives with ruptured pods or broken tubs during transit, please contact info@laumbrysauce.shop within 7 days of receipt with photos demonstrating the damage. We will issue a full refund or ship a replacement unit immediately at no extra cost.
